Meike is the founder of IGNITE. After completing her studies in Technology Management at Eindhoven University of Technology, she spent over 15 years in the corporate world, holding positions at companies such as ING Bank, Accenture, ABN AMRO, and Nationale Nederlanden.
Since 2012, she has been running her own coaching business. In addition to being a certified coach, she has received training in Leadership Development, Psychological Safety, Human Design, NLP, MBTI, Profile Dynamics, and RRT.
In 2023, Meike founded IGNITE to focus on developing “Heart-centered Leadership.”
